The site manager decided to looked up the part and saw that it was inexpensive and decided to call the customer and inform him that the company was going to help him out in good faith and purchase the part but that he would be responsible for installing it. The customer seemed to understand our position at the time. ![]() The manager explained to the customer that Dapper Dan's was not liable and that his claim was denied due to the video of his pre-existing damage. He was provided with a photo of the companies disclaimer and of the pre existing damage to his vehicle prior to entering the wash. The customer's trim blew off in the blower section of the wash.
